Resort Speads Easter Cheer

The team at RACV Royal Pines Resort will be hopping into the Gold Coast Hospital Children's Ward, tomorrow, Wednesday 8th April, to deliver Easter joy with hundreds of fresh and flavoursome Hot Cross Buns.
A staff member from the Resort will accompany a giant Easter Bunny on a tour of the Gold Coast Hospital Children's Ward and other local hospitals in an attempt to lift the children's spirits in the lead up to the Easter weekend.
The team of pastry chef's at the resort are preparing 30 dozen delicious plain and chocolate chip Hot Cross Buns for the special deliveries.
RACV Royal Pines is well known for its work within the community, hosting family fun days for local families to attend and a number of charity events and golf days throughout the year.
The Resort also has a dedicated fundraising committee, Community One, who work to raise funds for pet projects which are chosen annually by staff vote.
During the 08-09 financial year, Community One are raising funds for Guide Dogs Queensland, sponsoring the Resort's guide dog in training, Tyson, as he undergoes an intensive three year training program.
