Resort welcomes yoga classes and promotes a healthy lifestyle
Wed Apr 16 2008
RACV Royal Pines Resort will be hosting weekly yoga sessions on the poolside lawns commencing this Sunday 20 April.
In line with the holistic philosophies of the Angsana Spa the classes will promote inner health and well being in conjunction with an active and healthy lifestyle.
The morning classes, led by local Yoga Master Dracena Brunt, will commence at 8am and are only $10 per person for a 1-hour session.
According to the Resort's Angsana Spa Manager, Laura Britton, all members of the general public are welcome to attend, especially those who have never experienced yoga before.
"We would like to encourage the Gold Coast to embrace the culture of taking time out for yourself, and being part of an activity that is not only thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable, but is also good for you, and a great way of rejuvenating and refreshing your mind, body and spirit."
Yoga participants are also invited to sample the Resort's specialty Spa Cuisine menu, made entirely of low fat organic produce that is full in flavour. The menu is exclusively available at the Panorama Lounge and offers earth, fire & air tasting platters from $15.90.
