The renowned RPR's Restaurant at RACV Royal Pines Resort is celebrating its' 19 year history by inviting guests to experience its' newly created 3-course dinner for only $49.50 per person.
Since opening in 1990, RPR's has showcased some of the finest cuisine and wines and hosted some of Australia's finest chefs. As a reflection of the variety of fine fare served throughout the years, the team of Chefs led by Sous Chef Matt Dixon, is preparing exciting weekly menus that will be available for a limited time only.
Offering a selection of six entrées, main courses and desserts featuring both modern Australian and internationally inspired dishes, each menu will highlight a range of fresh local and seasonal produce.
"By preparing a new menu each week we are increasing the variety, and are also ensuring our guests are experiencing the finest and freshest produce available on the market," says Chef Matt Dixon.
"From a Chef's perspective this gives me greater flexibility and freedom with the menus, and I am overwhelmed by the response we have had to some of the innovative and intense flavours and combinations we have been able to create. It brings a new creative level to the kitchen, and delivers something a little different to your plate!"
